Check in from 02:00 pm, check out by 10:00 am. However should you wish to arrive earlier, we will do our best to accommodate your request.

cleaning and disposal of rubbish
It is expected that guests should dispose of all rubbish & leave the room clean & tidy upon departure.

no-smoking
AMSTEL HouseBoats are no-smoking establishments, any guest found to be smoking in their rooms would be charged to facilitate specialist cleaning. Smoking outside is allowed, but pls be considirate of your neighbours.

pets
No pets are permitted on the boat.

reservation
You can make a direct booking from the booking form on this site. When you fill out the dates and persons you will be re-directed to the payment page. Payment is by payment link. We have several methods of payment.

 liabilities
We accept no liability for any loss, injury or damage suffered by you, or any member of your family, or guests, during your stay. We accept no responsibility for property left on the premises. No contents are insured by us in the apartments. Personal contents insurance is recommended.

conditions
In case off circumstances beyond our control the maximum compensation we can offer is the amount paid for the room.

cancellation

Should your plans change unexpectedly and you have to cancel your reservation, we will refund as follows:

- 100% refund (minus an administration fee of 7,5% of the booking with a minimum of 50 Euro) if the cancellation is made 2 months or more in advance.

- 50% of the payment will be refunded if cancellation is made from two months to 14 days before arrival date.

- 20% of the payment will be refunded if cancellation is made 7-14 days before arrival date.



- No refund if cancellation is made within 6 days of arrival. No refunds in case of shortening your stay after arrival.
